Co-organised by INSTAR and the Digital Governance Council, with the support of the European Commission, ETSI and CEN-CENELEC, this series of expert-led workshops will align approaches on Cloud-Edge-IoT, Dataspaces, and Quantum technologies.The event will gather policymakers, industry leaders, and standards bodies to foster dialogue, tackle interoperability challenges, and reinforce shared values in global ICT governance.

Two summits, one goal: building Europe’s digital future💡

• Women represent just 17% of ICT students in the EU, highlighting the urgent need for early intervention. (Eurostat 2018).

• The global digital economy is projected to create 150 million new tech jobs by 2025 (WEF), and we must ensure women are equally represented in this growth.

• Gender disparity remains a critical issue in tech, with only 19% of ICT specialists in Europe being women (Eurostat 2023).

Open Source Community Day: strengthening Europe’s digital backbone 🔓

Did you know that between 70% and 90% of modern software relies on open source components? This invisible backbone underpins Europe’s digital economy, yet it often lacks sustainable funding, governance, and security aligned with European interests.
